I think I was brave. Something beautiful grew inside me, and I did not say no. Me and Beth know how big was the risk, how scared I really was, and how steep the fall turned out to be, and unforeseen.
But you aren’t brave so you can have something.
You are brave because you are. And when the time comes, you will be brave again. You will. There is only one way, and that is to grow.
Oh my dear – I love this one SO MUCH. The daffodils (just finding them in the midst of winter is brave) and the sentiments. This is one I would love to have blown up for my dear sis – how do we talk about that? PS We had a great session with Bill’s neurologist last week. Really helped me understand more about his conditions/behaviors. He is showing very mild signs of dementia which could get worse as years go on but doc says “you need to enjoy the great quality of life you now have as long as you can.” Good advice eh?

The lovely jonquils remind me that Spring is 55 days away…the sun kisses Chicago goodnight a bit later each day.
Thinking of you with Spring and jonquils in my heart.
